The payment terms are known exclusively to the seller. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received by the seller before accepting an order. Invoices are due and payable within the period stated on your invoice, calculated from the invoice date. Unless otherwise stated, all invoices must be paid to begin production of custom products. An order can be invoiced separately. Seller has discretion to cancel or refuse orders. Seller is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in Seller's listings and reserves the right to cancel orders due to such errors. For all purchases other than consumer purchases, Seller reserves the right to charge you a late fee of 1% per month on undisputed past due amounts or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. You will continue to be charged an additional late fee every 30 days thereafter.

Undamaged products, regardless of the reason, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, except for bulk orders which may not be refunded.  (Note: Ordering more than 100 units of a custom product is considered a bulk order.）

Many of our products are custom-made and therefore may vary slightly from piece to piece, which cannot be 100% accurate % match the print.
